Stacey has been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for over 12 years and has been a member in good standing with the CTCMPAO (College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario) since 2013. As a Registered Acupuncturist, she uses a variety of TCM modalities, including acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, eastern nutrition and more, to help clients restore their health naturally and support them in working toward their wellness goals.

Since Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a complete system of healthcare that takes into account someone’s entire health picture, acupuncture and other TCM modalities can be used to treat virtually any non-urgent concerns. It treats the whole person, not just the symptoms or issues they are presenting with, so people will often report significant shifts in their mood and energy levels, better sleep, improved digestion and an overall increased ability to cope with stressors, in addition to the concerns they’ve come in for. Stacey’s goal has always been to help people see that everything is connected and they truly have all they need to be well. Sometimes the body just needs a bit of gentle support in the right direction.

Stacey has extensive experience treating a wide range of health concerns, with a special interest in helping clients manage stress and mental/emotional health, and all of the many imbalances this can cause in the body.
